I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and went out of their way to assist me during my trip. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was just across the river from the old town. Additionally, there was a large mega store attached to the hotel, making it convenient to find everything I needed for a comfortable trip.
Nothing everything was great.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It had a great location, just across the river from a shopping mall, making it really convenient for shopping and dining. the room was comfortable, with a clean bathroom and top-notch amenities. the staff were friendly and the check-in process was smooth. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of both Western and local dishes. the view of the city and lake from the 27th floor was impressive.
The staff's level of English was a bit poor, which could be challenging for international travelers.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. the room was luxurious, with exclusive amenities and private facilities that fulfilled my needs. the service was impeccable, and staff spoke manageable English. the location was excellent, with easy access to the city's main attractions.
The health club was not up to par with the rest of the hotel. Although it had a sauna, it lacked other essentials like a night club or ballroom.
